Catered Wedding Reception Policies
$150.00 non-refundable deposit is required.
Deposits must be received within 1 week of booking.
Cancellation policy: The event must be cancelled within six months prior to the wedding date or a $200.00 charge will assessed
All food, beverages, and alcohol are subject to
a 20% service charge and current sales tax
Guaranteed number of attendees is to be given the
Thursday of the week prior to the wedding by 12pm
NO changes can be made after that time
You are responsible for 90% of the guaranteed number or actual number served,
whichever is greater
There is a set-up of $150.00 that includes linen tablecloths with meal purchase.
Garden Café Catering Wedding Information
Full service catering includes:
20% service charge plus sales tax on all food, beverages, and alcohol
Corelle plastic plates and clear plastic cups
Glasses glasses can be provided for an additional fee
Chafing dishes for hot food
Professional servers to replenish buffet, serve beverages and bus plates
Linens and skirting for serving table
$150.00 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the date
ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE
· $150.00 set up fee that includes linens for tables which
we deliver & set up when you purchase your meal with us.
· Linen tablecloths for rent only are $4.50 per cloth
· Linen napkins for $.50 or they are included with a full meal
· Punch for $9.99 per gallon or sherbet punch or $14.99 a gallon.
Punch bowl and cups included with punch purchase
· Server for cutting the cake - $20.00 per server per hour
· Fruit and appetizer sculptures – prices vary
· Ice sculptures
· Mileage charge outside of the Hastings area is $.50 per mile to & from the location
Garden Café Catering Bar Information
HOSTED BAR (40 People minimum)
The cost of the bar is the price of the drink plus service charge and tax
CASH BAR (40 People minimum)
For this bar each person pays individually for drinks, gratuity is optional.
The $25.00 set-up, can be offset by $200.00 or more in bar sales
KEGS OF BEER
Kegs of domestic beer can be purchased for $200.00 per keg plus service charge and sales tax.
Imports vary in price
CARAFES OF HOUSE WINE
Carafes of wine can be purchased for $16.00 per carafe plus service charge and sales tax.
Chardonnay, Cabernet, White Zinfandel, and Merlot available.
CHAMPAGE OR SPARKLING CIDER
Champagne by the bottle is $11.00 or cider is $9.50 per bottle plus service charge & tax
Tickets can be used in conjunction with a cash bar.
Each ticket is worth the price of the drink ordered plus service charge and tax
Everyone including the bride, groom, and wedding party must be 21 to consume champagne or any other alcohol. Cider can be purchased for minors.
All alcohol must be served by our bartenders or servers
OFF PREMISE LIQUOR PERMIT
We can supply the bar at another facility for a set up fee of $50.00 per bar set up. There is bartender charge of $20.00 per hour per bar set up. Set up fee is to be paid at the time of booking the event and bartender fees are to be paid at least two weeks prior to the event. The amount of time the bar is set up is to be predetermined at least two weeks prior to the event. They can be set up as cash or hosted.
We require at least a 1 month notice to obtain an off premise liquor permit
