Garden Café Party Room Policies
· Party rooms are available for five to 325 guests
· Room rental fee will accessed unless a full meal for the entire group is purchased
· Room rental fee varies depending on size of banquet room, average price is $25 to $50
· NO outside food, beverage or alcohol except for wedding cake, nuts and mints can be brought into our party rooms
· Menu prices are subject to change without notice
· Payment is due at the end of the event
· Persons renting our facility will be held responsible for damages or loss to the building and its contents, and will be billed accordingly
· Garden Café may cancel any party with a 90 day notice
· Menus must be planned FOURTEEN days in advance
· Guaranteed count must be given SEVEN business days prior to the event
· You are responsible for 90% of your guaranteed count
· No leftovers are given on any buffet or plated meal
· If there is NOT a full meal purchased a room rental fee will be accessed
· 18% service charge and current sales tax will be accessed on food, alcohol, and beverages served by the Garden Café
· All buffets have a 25 per minimum
· You can order from the Garden Café Restaurant menu if the number is under 25 people
· Parties of 25 or more must be paid on ONE check
· Tables and chairs set up as required
· Linen tablecloths and napkins provided with all buffets and plated meals with a two week notice
· Mirrors and candles at a charge of only $1.00 each
· Cocktails, cash, or hosted bars available upon request
