Wedding Reception Policies
· Convention Center maximum capacity is 325 people
· $150.00 non-refundable deposit is required.
Deposits must be received within 1 week of booking.
· Cancellation policy: The room must be cancelled within six months prior to the wedding date or a $500.00 charge will assessed
plus loss of the $150.00 deposit
· There is a food minimum of $1,000.00 or
a $500.00 room rental will be assessed
· All food, beverages, and alcohol are subject to
a 17% service charge and current sales tax
· The set-up is $150.00 and dance floor fee is $50.00
This is not included in the food minimum
· The room will be available at 6am on the morning booked.
If you wish to book it for the night before
there is a $300.00 rental fee if the room is available
· No plastic or paper confetti, fake snow or glitter can be used in the room or on the tables, if used a $50.00 clean up fee will be assessed.
· All decorations must be taken down and removed that night
· Guaranteed number of attendees is to be given the
Thursday of the week prior to the wedding by 12pm
NO changes can be made after that time
· You are responsible for 90% of the guaranteed number or actual number served, whichever is greater
· NO outside food, beverages, or alcohol can be brought into the Convention Center (except cake, nuts and mints)

The following items are provided (by request) without charge:
1. Four piece white lattice
2. 1 foot by 1 foot mirror tiles
3. Glass candle holders with tea light candles
4. Linen napkins in your choice of color (Contact Coordinator for colors)
5. Wine glasses for champagne and cider
6. Trays and bowls for nuts and mints
7. Silver coffee service set
8. Glass punch bowl and cups with punch purchase
9. Cake serving utensils and cake plates
10. Skirting for head table, gift table, cake table, and buffet table
11. Tablecloths in white or champagne
Colored overlays for tables available for $2.00 per table
The following items are available to be purchased:
1. Punch for $9.99 per gallon or sherbet punch for $14.99 per gallon
2. A server to cut and serve your wedding cake for $20.00 per server per hour
3. Dance Floor for $50.00 set up fee
4. Bar service – see bar information sheet for details
5. Fruit or appetizer sculptures – price varies
6. Ice Sculptures – ask about our different styles and prices
Garden Café Catering Bar Information
HOSTED BAR (40 People minimum)
The cost of the bar is the price of the drink plus service charge and tax
CASH BAR (40 People minimum)
For this bar each person pays individually for drinks, gratuity is optional. The $25.00 set-up, can be offset by $200.00 or more in bar sales
KEGS OF BEER
Kegs of domestic beer can be purchased for $200.00 per keg plus service charge and sales tax. Imports vary in price
CARAFES OF HOUSE WINE
Carafes of wine can be purchased for $15.00 per carafe plus service charge and sales tax. Chardonnay, Cabernet, White Zinfandel, and Merlot available.
CHAMPAGE OR SPARKLING CIDER
Champagne by the bottle is $11.00 or cider is $9.50 per bottle plus service charge & tax
DRINK TICKETS
Tickets can be used in conjunction with a cash bar. Each ticket is worth the price of the drink ordered plus service charge and tax
COCKTAIL SERVER
Available for parties of 39 or less. Cocktails can be set up as cash or hosted
Everyone including the bride, groom, and wedding party
must be 21 to consume champagne or any other alcohol.
Cider can be purchased for minors.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES MAY OUTSIDE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BE BROUGHT INTO THE PARTY ROOMS OR CONVENTION CENTER
A security charge may be required if alcohol is being served
All alcohol must be served by our bartenders or servers
OFF PREMISE LIQUOR PERMIT
We can supply the bar at another facility for a set up fee of $50.00 per bar set up. There is bartender charge of $20.00 per hour per bar set up. Set up fee is to be paid at the time of booking the event and bartender fees are to be paid at least two weeks prior to the event. The amount of time the bar is set up is to be predetermined at least two weeks prior to the event. They can be set up as cash or hosted.
We require at least a 1 month notice to obtain an off premise liquor permit
