Delivery service:
· 15% delivery charge plus sales tax on all food and beverages or a $10.00 minimum delivery fee whichever is greater
· Disposable place settings for $.75 per setting
· Serving utensils for $1.00 each
· Chafing dishes for hot food for a $5.00 rental fee per chafing dish
· Mileage charge outside of the Hastings area
is $.50 per mile to & from the location
